We ship Monday through Friday and strive to ship all orders same day they are placed. Purchases during holidays or special events/sales may take
an additional 1-3 days to ship. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you as long as you provide a valid e-mail address at the time of your
order. If you don’t receive your order tracking information, it can be emailed to you upon request but please check your junk email folder
first.

US SHIPPING Shipping within USA takes 1-3 business days on average by USPS or UPS. Guaranteed Delivery in the Continental US. Flat rate $14.95

FREE SHIPPING OPTION We offer a FREE USA shipping on orders over $100.00

PARTIALLY SHIPPED ORDERS On occasion an order may be taken for items which aren’t in stock. We will partially send out your order with the products that are in stock and then fulfill the rest once we get what is missing. An email will be sent with order status and the product(s) in back-order with an ETA (estimated time of arrival).

RETURNS OR LOST SHIPMENTS We do not accept returns due to possible product degradation. If shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS,…) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS) and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE.
